A very brief word about dieting. Of course you know that
there isn't a fitness program or workout routine that you can
effectively use unless you're willing to adopt a reasonably health
dietary routine as well. Yes, we know. We wish this
weren't the case either, but it's something we all need to accept.
Finding a good workout routine is hard enough, but finding a diet you
can live with is even harder. Is there a woman left who
hasn't tried dieting? Please note that while we believe that
a proper diet is absolutely necessary for maintaining a healthy
lifestyle AND is absolutely vital to your overall fitness,
dieting is
not
the focus of our web site! Certainly, we'll post any
good new information about dieting right here that 's worth passing on
to you.

from my last letter, I'm not as enthusiastic about exercise as I should
be. I'll admit it. I'm overweight and need to lose

weight before I think I can realistically begin an exercise
program. Can you recommend a diet for me?"

question isn't unique. Unfortunately we cannot
recommend
individualized diets. That really should be something for you
discuss with your doctor.
We can however tell you that
eating a healthy diet that leads to weight and fat loss... at a
reasonable and sustainable rate... is the correct answer for nearly
