Here's what is unique about our web site, and our philosophy.  Fitness is important to leading a long, healthy and active life.  But, this is nearly impossible to do if you cannot find fitness and workout routines that actually fit your lifestyle.

Selecting the best exercise program that is exactly right for you can be really hard to do.  But we do know this.  If you pick a workout routine that forces you to change your lifestyle, there's a good chance you won't stay with it.   If you need help, just ask!  This is what we do!

As we grow our web site, you will find plenty of information for women of all ages and body types.  Whether you are looking for workouts for women over 40, exercises for those "hard to fix" body areas, simple routines to get back into shape, body sculpting or even bodybuiliding, you will find it all here.

A very brief word about dieting.  Of course you know that there isn't a fitness program or workout routine that you can effectively use unless you're willing to adopt a reasonably health dietary routine as well.  Yes, we know.  We wish this weren't the case either, but it's something we all need to accept.

Finding a good workout routine is hard enough, but finding a diet you can live with is even harder.  Is there a woman left who hasn't tried dieting?  Please note that while we believe that a proper diet is absolutely necessary for maintaining a healthy lifestyle AND is absolutely vital to your overall fitness, dieting is not the focus of our web site!  Certainly, we'll post any good new information about dieting right here that 's worth passing on to you.

I need to ask for you help one more time.  As you can probably tell from my last letter, I'm not as enthusiastic about exercise as I should be.  I'll admit it.  I'm overweight and need to lose some weight before I think I can realistically begin an exercise program.  Can you recommend a diet for me?"

Jackie's question isn't unique.  Unfortunately we cannot recommend individualized diets.  That really should be something for you discuss with your doctor.
